On July 29th, 2026 Camille “C-Child” Darke-Shields, an all-styles dancer, educator, and lifelong student of hip-hop culture, will be welcomed. Camille has trained with legendary pioneers including Don Campbell, Popin’ Pete, Suga Pop, and Mr. Wiggles, and has performed alongside artists such as K-OS, Redman & Method Man. With over 14 years of teaching experience in Calgary and on Vancouver Island, she brings deep knowledge, lived experience, and passion for movement and culture.

In this intimate evening conversation, Camille will share her journey through dance, mentorship, creativity, and the roots of hip-hop that continue to shape her practice today.
